BOMA

BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) standards are essential references for commercial real estate measurements. You can purchase the official BOMA standards publications directly from BOMA.org.

IPMS

The International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS) are publicly available free of charge. Download the latest standards and guidelines from IPMS.org.

REBNY

The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) provides its own recommended measurement methodology used for lease agreements in New York City and the surrounding area. Visit REBNY.org for more information.

IFMA
