Unenclosed Area
Unenclosed Area refers to finished building spaces that lack full-height walls, such as balconies, covered galleries, or finished rooftop terraces. In the 2017 and 2024 BOMA Office standards, these areas can now be included in the Rentable Area if they are intended for occupant use.
