Roof

In building measurement, the Roof itself is typically not part of the rentable area. However, the edge of the roof is vital for establishing the Drip Line in Industrial and Outdoor Retail standards. Additionally, if a roof contains a "Rooftop Terrace" for tenant use, it may be classified as an amenity area.
