Recessed Entry
A Recessed Entry is an entrance set back from the main building or corridor wall. In BOMA measurement, the boundary line typically follows the Inside Finished Surface, meaning the "void" created by the recess is generally excluded from the tenant's Usable Area to reflect the actual floor space available.
