Parking Area
Parking Area includes all spaces within a structure dedicated to vehicle storage. While BOMA standards (specifically the 2017/2024 Office updates) often classify parking as a separate "Non-Office" component, it must be accurately measured as part of the Gross Building Area but typically remains outside the rentable office area.
