Office Standard
The BOMA Office Standard (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1) is the industry-recognized method for measuring office buildings. It has evolved from the 1996 "Dominant Portion" method to the modern 2017 and 2024 versions, which simplify boundaries to the Inside Finished Surface and offer better compatibility with international IPMS standards.
