Mezzanine
A Mezzanine is an intermediate floor between main levels of a building. BOMA Office standards include mezzanines in rentable area if they are permanent with sufficient head height, whereas BOMA Industrial standards define additional criteria for the inclusion or exclusion of mezzanines in Rentable Area.
