Lease Area
Lease Area is a widely used, general term used to describe the specific area defined in a lease agreement upon which a tenant pays rent. While often synonymous with Rentable or Gross Leasable Area, it can also vary based on negotiated terms, or otherwise modidfied figures that may differ from the actual BOMA measurement.
