IPMS
IPMS (International Property Measurement Standards) is an initiative aimed at creating a uniform international standard for measuring property. Developed by a coalition of over 80 organizations, IPMS aims to level the playing field for building measurement criteria across different markets, building types, and local business practices. This gives stakeholders the ability to compare and value assets without exaggeration or bias.
