Floor Allocation Ratio
A term used in the BOMA Office Standards to describe a Calculating Column in Method A of the Global Summary of Areas that determines the proportionate share of Floor Service Areas to be allocated to Occupant Areas, Building Amenity Areas, and Inter-Allocated Amenity Areas (if applicable) on a floor-by-floor basis. Also used in the BOMA Industrial Standard.
