Concourse
A Concourse is a large, enclosed area designed for the gathering and circulation of people, typically found in retail centers, transit hubs, or large office complexes. In BOMA retail and office standards, concourses are usually classified as a mixture of common area, occupant area, and building service area, depending on the configuration of the building.
