As-Built
In buildings and architecture, an as-built is a professional architectural model, drawing, or plan that reflects the current, physical state of a building. Unlike original construction documents, as-builts illustrate changes to the building since construction, including change orders, renovations, retrofits, improvements, and build-outs. As-built documents often serve as a baseline for managing, transacting, and constructing buildings.
