Floor Service Areas- Method A, Column M

Column M is a calculation D-F-K-L however, if I manually total the Floor Service Areas on a specific floor I get 3,998 for Floor Service however the number populating Column M is much higher @ 6,661. I am confused as to why these would not be the same. It is on the same floor as all of my building amenity space which seems to be why.

On the upper floors, the number are essentially the same if calculated manually vs. the formula.

Hi Emily,

We would have to look at your spreadsheet (and possibly your CAD files) to figure out the issue.

It sounds like you have either gaps or overlapping polylines in your CAD file. Or if the difference (2,663 sq ft) represents the Building Amenity Area, you might have column K (Floor Usable Areas) calculating incorrectly.

Hopefully those two clues help you find the issue,

Thanks,
David
