Can I provide a standalone retail BOMA analysis for the ground level if the building is 100% retail at the bottom (ground) floor? All the top floors are residential, and they don't share any interior space/emergency exits/machine room/electrical room. or do I have to include the entire building in the report, no matter what?

Hi Shane,

Yes you can apply just the BOMA Retail Standard to the Retail portion of the building in this case. I would recommend using BOMA 2020 or BOMA 2025 which directly support a "Partial Measurement"

Thanks,
David
