Exterior Recessed Alcoves/entrances Retail 2010/2020/2025

BOMA Retail 2010 would exclude exterior recessed alcoves of Retail entrances from the Measure line and the G.L.A.

This is contrary to what you would find in the Office standards where recessed alcoves inside the building line are included in the GLA.

Does BOMA retail 2020 and 2025 adresst his confuguration more clearly or diffently to aligne with the Office standards ?

Hi Stéphane,

Yes, both 2020 and 2025 BOMA Retail include an Exterior Door Setback condition that is included in the GLA of the tenant.
