Amenity inter-allocation

There is an office building with a rooftop amenity space that serves some of the tenants but not all. Should the rentable area be calculated using inter building amenity area and the reallocated rentable area? I have gone through and created a spread sheet along with a separate calc for the Inter-allocated load factors but i believe I am missing something still.

Hi Lara,

Yes that allocation would be appropriate; however, if the Floor with the rooftop amenity space has Floor Service Area on it as well, you will want to make the rooftop amenity an Inter-Building Service Area instead so that the Floor Service Area is not allocated to the rooftop amenity area (assuming the space in question is Unenclosed).

Thanks,
David
