Hello
How'll treat areas with low height
For example I have a stair that starts from tenant 1 space .In oposite direction
( under the stair) is another tenant , tenant 2. This tenant 2 use this area under the stair ( low area with heigh < 1.5 m)
as litlle storage area
Is these spaces rentable in terms ob BOMA 2024 ofiice standard?
Thank you!

HI Gabriel

Yes, storage space under a stair is included as rentable area, but it should be separately disclosed on the floor plan or in the Global Summary of Areas as it is considered to have restricted headroom.

Thanks,
David
