Stand Of Measurement for hospitals and clinical

Is there a new updated version for the standard measurement for medical hospitals and clinical space?

Hi Chrissy,

There is no BOMA measurement standard for hospitals and clinical space specifically, but we have used the office standard successfully in the past. The latest BOMA 2024 Office Standard also has support for Lifesciences, which includes several specialized areas at grade and on the roof which a hospital might also have.

Thanks,
David
