Loading Dock

Is a loading dock that is enclosed with walls and a rollup door, but NO roof, included as Building Service area? It is attached to the building at ground level.

No Building Service Areas must be a Partial Enclosure (Floor and Roof) or Fully Enclosed (Floor, Roof, Walls)
