Common spaces

Hello David!

we have an office tour + 3 retails buildings + an exterior parking with technical rooms. (all these spaces are separate all different address)

We thought that we can have 4 different reports and ignore the parking with the technical rooms as there are not on the same building!

Could you please advise?

Do the 5 structures share any common areas?

You posted your question to our BOMA 1996 Office category, but I would advise that you generate separate reports for each building by using the appropriate single-use BOMA Standard for each building. For example, use the BOMA Retail Standard for the retail buildings and the BOMA Office Standard for the office building. I recommend using the latest versions of these standards.

Yes ! But there a shared building (parking) who have a
Common spaces and should be shared for all the buildings (retail + office)
