I have a multi-tenant building with 4 tenants (primarily industrial use). One of them has second-floor offices, and the other three have mezzanine offices as well. In that case, should I use the BOMA Industrial Standards or the Multi-Use BOMA Standards?

Hi Zanah,
The standards recommend using a single-use standard if the building is 50% or more of a particular use. We would apply the industrial standard.
