Rentable Area Calculation

Hi,

I would like to ask for calculating rentable area, which is supposed to be use in the lease, (for every single offices of a building with 15 floors), should I just consider basic rentable area as a final result or the right calculation is multiplying the basic rentable area by building R/U ratio?

Thank you,

David Fingret

Hi Delara,

The BOMA 1996 Standard requires the building R/U Ratio to be applied as well, so don't stop at Basic Rentable Area!

Thanks,
David
