I'd like to know for calculating Construction Gross Area of a retail parking we soupose to calculate the side walks, street and gardens beside the stalls? In general, how we sould calculate the CGA of a retail parking?
Which part of a building is excluded from CGA?

On-grade surface parking in not included in the Construction Gross Area (CGA) under the BOMA 2010 Retail Standard. Structured Parking is included and would include the entire area of the structured parking area without any deductions.
The BOMA 2010 Retail standard has a chart on page 8 which states everything that is included and excluded from the Construction Gross Area, Exterior Gross Area and Gross Leasable Area.
