I have a particular building where part of the floor slopes and a significant angle. (35 degrees). I'll try to explain it as best I can. Its on the second floor of a building, directly above the atrium of the building entrance. The entrance has a sloped ceiling. Thus on the second floor, the floor is at the normal floor level, but has it approaches the exterior wall directly above the atrium, it then steps up 1'5", than steps up again 1'2", then starts sloping at 35 degrees until it reaches the exterior wall. All of the stepped and sloped area has less than 7' of headroom. Its an odd situation, and I've never seen a situation like it. Is this considered to be useable space?
I'll try to illustrate a cross section with ANSI Characters
