I have a dead space area of 5 sf in between two tenant areas. What does it get classified as? Is it a rentable exclusion or part of the tenant area. If it is part of tenant area- does it get allocated between them or only to one tenant?
This should be shared between the two tenants. Exactly how it is split is dependent on the layout.
