Warehouse vs. Office areas

Often warehouses have portions that are office areas with smaller offices, 9-ft acoustic tile ceilings, etc. (often like 20% of the whole area) - versus big open warehouse areas. Is there any space category difference between these open warehouse spaces and office space even though they are in the same tenant space?

Hi Joseph,

No there is no Space Classification difference. The office portion and warehouse portion of a tenant's space is all Occupant Area under the standard. However, you can separately disclose various areas within Occupant Area using a unique Space ID.

Thanks,
David
