Hello,
We have a client with a complex of two attached buildings and an attached warehouse. Two tenants, one will have warehouse.
Which BOMA standard should we use?

Thank you,

Hi Vouli,

The choice of which BOMA Standard to use is usually based on the building's primary use. If the building is 50% or more office, then use the office standard. If it's 50% or more industrial, then use the industrial standard. If it's considered a Flex building, the industrial standard should be used.

Thanks,
David
