When measuring a storage area that has a sloped ceiling (e.g. storage under a stairwell), up to what height is the area considered usable?
Thanks,
Chris El-Araj, BCLS

Hi Chris,
The BOMA 96 standard does not specify a minimum height requirement for the calculation of area.
