If there is a private or exclusive garden for an upper-level floor, how is it going to be counted?

If it's a Rooftop Terrace or Balcony, the area can be included as Rentable Area under BOMA Office 2017 as either Tenant Area, Building Amenity Area, Building Service Area or Inter Building Amenity or Inter-Building Service Area. The correct allocation depends on which tenant(s) have access to the Private Garden and it's level of permanence in the building.
