Hi Michel,

Neither the BOMA 2017 Office Standard or BOMA 2019 Industrial Standard specifies laboratory space. However, the industrial standard does state that Flex Buildings are measured under that standard. It might be best to refer to the architecture rather than use to decide which BOMA standard would be most applicable.
