Should balcony and terrace areas be included in the total Boundary Area for each floor?
Yes, there is a Boundary Condition "Unenclosed (Building or Occupant) Feature" specifically for balconies, finished rooftop terraces and covered galleries.
Thanks,

Hi David,
It is included in the Boundary Area as per above and classified as Tenant Area, but separately disclosed from the tenant's interior space.
Thanks,
David
