Is an fully enclosed egress corridor on the Ground floor considered CIRCULATION in Method B? There are Building Service Doors as well as doors to tenant space from the corridor. thank you

Hi Anne,

When you write "CIRCULATION", I assume you mean Base Building Circulation (BBC), which is the main distinguishing feature of Method B.

Generally, BBC should only be applied to areas that could be a Tenant Area, or would be Floor Service Area under Method A. So in most cases, a ground floor corridor that provides egress, would be Building Service Area under Method B, not BBC.

Thanks,
David
