In the office building there is a room called "RAIN WATER RETENTION TANK", without entrance. It's located on the parking slab on the underground floor in an office building. Should I classified it as MVP or BSA?

It sounds suitable to be included as Building Service Area, if the retention tank is sitting on a Floor and provides a building function.
