BOMA 2012 - Mixed Use with BOMA 2017 Office

The BOMA 2012 Mixed Use Properties standar refers to BOMA 2010 Office. Is it possible to use BOMA 2017 office calculation methods instead of 2010 and add a MUCA virtual floor to an office building?

Hi Jessica,

Unfortunately, the 2017 office standard is not compatible with the 2012 Mixed-Use standard. There will be a new mixed use standard coming out which is compatible with the latest BOMA Office, Industrial, Retail and Multi-Res standards.

Thanks,
David
