How does BOMA measure roof decks and terraces that are not enclosed ?

The owner wants to capture a roof deck as public building amenity to reflect as part of the load factor for calculating rentable area.

IS this permissible under 2010 BOMA ?

Hi Jeff,

Unenclosed roof decks and terraces are not measured under BOMA Office 2010; however they are measured in BOMA Office 2017.

Thanks,
David
