Should I consider the concrete cisterns for water as Buiding Service Area?

The building that I am analyzing at this moment is equipped with water tanks in the last basement level, they are concrete cisterns of 2.20 meters deep; Should I consider the concrete cisterns for water as Buiding Service Area?

Thanks

Ignacio,

If the floor area taken up by the cisterns is fully enclosed (or Partially Enclosed) and otherwise complies with the requirements in the standard, then I see no reason why it should not be included as Building Service Area.

Thanks,
David
