I have a question about BOMA 2017
In a building at 4th floor ( building had 8 floors), I have a terrasse with instalations building
Is this rentable?...can be shared to whole building?
Entrance in this terrace is from space of own tenant
How'll treat this terrace. Is rentable...or can be treat like Unenclosed Building Feature and is unrentable
