How is Hotel/Hospitality use Classified/Measured? Retail?

Hi Anne,

There is no BOMA measuring standard specifically published for Hotel / Hospitality, but the BOMA Gross Areas standard may be applied to any building type.

We have also applied the BOMA Multi-Unit Residential standard to hotels, even though it is not designed for that.
