Parking in an office building - with the parking area leased

We have a multi-story building with multiple levels of parking. The parking is leased to a third party.

Does it need to be handled in a different manner than normal?

Hi Ken,

The Parking Area is measured under BOMA 2010 but has no impact on the rentable areas of the building. Any agreement in place for the parking should be handled on a completely separately basis. Therefore there should be no difference to the BOMA 2010 area analysis.

Thanks,
David
