We have a multi-story building with below and above grade parking. Our loading dock sits within the middle of the Boundary area inside the parking garage. At what point/line do we stop the parking and start the loading dock areas?

Are the boundaries of the loading dock not established in some way? I would take a logical and justifiable approach.
