Amenities areas

I have a campus (20+ buildings) that is measured using BOMA Industrial Standard 2009. One of the building have gone through significant upgrades, adding on a fitness and conference center. How would I allocate the amenities area per BOMA industrial standards?

Hi Sophepa,

The BOMA Industrial Standard 2012 version does support the allocation of Campus Common Areas. It has a suggested method of calculating on page 22 and 23. I believe this can also apply to 2009.
