Does Construction Gross area - building perimeter include the drip line resulting from a 4' structural protrusions and overhang?

Hi Keith,

If the structural protrusion / overhang is a balcony then it is included in the Construction Gross Area. If it is the roof, it is not included. A picture might help but by the sounds of it, the protrusion is not part of the CGA.

Thanks,
David
