as there is still no answer, in addition need to clarify:
- there are balconies, but they are no accessible as there no door from Unit, only egress windows, will these areas be counted in CGA?

Please clarify, should such Areas need to be included to GSF per Construction GA:
- Mechanical Deck on roof, enclosed by Walls but w/o soffit
- Open air service Court, enclosed by walls
- Treehouse deck
- Lobby on a first floor, w/o walls, except building exterior facade wall, and with balcony Lobby above
