Is there a load factor applied to retail areas in a mixed use building?

Thanks,

Hi James,

There is no load factor applied to the retail tenants. The proportionate share of Mixed-Use Common Area is determined but it does not get applied to the retail tenants as a load factor or gross-up. Only the office component has a load factor applied.

Thanks,
David
