Storage Level - Occupant Storage with Washroom

We have a small building that is all Occupant Storage. It has a washroom and a Janitor closet.
What should the washroom be outlined as on a level that has Occupant Storage only?

Hi Brett,

Building Service Area would probably be most appropriate.
