Garage ramps

Hi! How shall we consider garage ramps that are in the building? The entrance to the parking garage is on the ground floor directly at the facade level and the ramp starts right away.

The parking ramps should be part of the Parking Area.

I am not so sure that it would be part of the parking. which level? the one above? the one below? garage ramp is a means of conveyance, much like a stair or escalator or elevator. Would not a garage ramp be considered a MVP?
