I have an office building where there is some storage area in the garden level or partial basement. How is this storage area accounted for?

Under BOMA 1996, this storage area may be a treated as a tenant Usable Area, or as a Floor or Building Common Area. You will probably have to think about the storage area's primary usage in order to classify it correctly.
