Parking garage within a office building

Half of 1st floor Space is parking garage for all the tenants. Does that parking area is building common area?

Hi Sarita,

Parking is not rentable area under BOMA 2010 so it is not Building Common Area. Parking Areas are noted in the Global Summary of Areas under BOMA 2010 as a preliminary calculation not to be used for leasing.
