Does the 2010 version of BOMA allow for a full building single tenant to be charged the gross square footage for the building?

Hi Kate,

The BOMA 2010 Office Standard does not support Gross Building Area. Instead, BOMA produced a separate Gross Building Area standard.

The BOMA 2010 Office Standard is specifically used for determining the rentable areas of a building for leases that use rentable area.

For buildings leased to a single tenant building according to Gross Building Area, you should use the BOMA Gross Building Area standard.
