Single Occupant Base Building Circulation

With Office Measurement Method B, the definition for Base Building Circulation (BBC) states it as "the minimum path on MULTI-OCCUPANT floors". However, illustration 12.3 shows a single-suite floor (presumably one occupant) and includes the BBC. Would the BBC be included in this case?

Hi Gabriel,

Base Building Circulation is assigned to all floors, as if they were all multi-tenant floors. You have to think about what the minimum BBC configuration would be, even if some floors don't have circulation corridors at all. The intended effect is to "lock down" common area for the life of the building, and to do this just once regardless of the actual tenant configuration.
